Well I have went Mac and what a difference I have seen so far.. I went in the right direction with my choice and I have saved a ton of money because of Apple. I ordered my 24″ on Monday Feb 18, 2008 and had it shipped overnight. The company I work for orders a ton of stuff from them so I was able to get a 10% discount from Apple. I received a e-mail conformation from them that the computer had shipped but for some reason it shipped to Miami, Fl when it needed to come to Norfolk, Virginia. I was not happy since Apple ships a lot of stuff to the company I work for and they have had our address for a couple of years. I called the business section of Apple and let them know they had made a mistake. I awaited a call from Apple and received that call later that afternoon. The guy from Apple said he was sorry five times and said he would help me out and he let me know I would still get my 10% plus he would knock off the $46.00 overnight shipping charge as well as give me $350.00 off my unit and ship it next day for free. To say the least I was happy with the outcome of what had happen and the great service from Apple after the fact. I have put up a photo of my little girl Madison from this past weekend in Virginia Beach trying to touch the waves. The weather was cold so we did not stay to long.
