I think more then any other year I have found myself missing the Great Plains and storm chasing. It makes it even harder as I get to see the videos of tornados and other weather related material come in before it hits the airwaves like CNN,ABC,TWC and many others from our freelancers in the field. I will make it a goal of mine that I wont miss another year of chasing in the Midwest and set aside time to go out and do what I have loved for many years. Even locally it has been slow and by this time of year I usually have a pretty good selection of lightning or other weather related photos. I have posted a few photos that I have taken so far from this year but nothing to write home about so to speak. I have a little down time this month and this is good as I am spending some well needed time with Madison my daughter.
